Rating Caffe Italia I would give it a 91/2. My date, and I had a lovely experience from our Super Tuscan wine, to my double expresso. We enjoyed the plump juicy mussels in a red sauce, and then moved on to a very fresh dinner salad w/ gorgonzola. Our entree was Veal cacciatore with a red sauce which was so delicious we soaked it up with the dinner bread which could have been more crusty. Outside of feeling a little cramped by the window table it was experience I look forward to repeating. I must mention the service, which was great. Attentive, but not over done.

My boyfriend and I both enjoyed this restaurant very much. The food was great. Highly recommended. Great date place, very romantic!
