Disappointing

My expectations were high based on the website and what I'd heard about the clinic, but when I arrived for my after work appointment I sat in a vacant waiting room for what seemed an endless amount of time. How long could it take to see one patient, right? After thirty minutes of waiting and no movement except staff members leaving for the day (I never saw any patient activity whatsoever), I decided I'd had enough and went home to my infant and expensive babysitter who were waiting for me. My trip to Rose Dental just wasted my time and money. Avoid late day appointments if at all possible.

I am no longer a patient at Rose Dental (found an office closer to home) but when I was, I found the office to be really great. The dentists and assistants were friendly and very competent, and even the receptionists took time to explain things to you. The office is really organized, clean and modern. The waiting room is nice and spacious, with fish tanks to take your mind off the fact that the guy in the next room is waiting to drill your teeth.
Very good office environment!

I was only able to use Rose Dental Associates for one year while I lived in Albany, but I wish that I could find another dentist like them. Their office is very clean and professional and they have a wide variety of dentists to choose from. The dentist that I had was extremely gentle. I was very nervous for him to fix my first ever cavity (I am wicked afraid of needles) but in the end it didn't hurt at all! He was very professional and talked me through the entire procedure. The staff at the office are patient and friendly. I had a great experience with this dentist office!
Those are some clean teeth!
